Soldier Silhouette

This Soldier silhouette was commissioned as gift.  It stands 120cm tall and made to reside outside.  Its made from 38mm Utile a, hardwood commonly used for windows known for its durability, and stained with exterior oil for longevity.

The customer requested personalisation with hand engraved words on the rear support.  Dulce et decorum est pro patria mori – “it is sweet and proper to die for your country” popularised by War Poet Wilfred Owen and on the reverse, the recipient’s name and service number.

This model is freestanding and stable for the garden but does also limit delivery options!  Other designs are available to affix to a post or fence line.  Please email to discuss your requirements
